  • Training the end users on the services/applications
  • Deploy new services/applications
  • Providing onsite support to end users
  • Perform any job-related task or command assigned by direct manager/ supervisor
  • Handling clients relations and understanding clients’ needs
  • Setting up forms and questionnaires for clients subscriptions.
  • Assisting clients in filling technical forms and questionnaires

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree Required, Information Technology/Accounting Degree is preferred 
  • Strong Computer Skills is a must 
  • Previous experience in ATM/POS or e-payments is preferred. 
  • Must be a resident of Suez
