Title: Supervisor of Maintenance Dep.Department: Maintenance DepartmentReports to: Deputy Manager of Maintenance DepartmentDirect subordinate: Accountants Job Requirements:First, repair and maintenance1, Responsible for the management and supervision of the inspection repair and maintenance work within the service area 2 , Responsible for the inspection , repair and maintenance of the power distribution room and room water pump and generator room and the fire control system for the plant room and regularly submit the report3 , Responsible for helping the management in the preparation of a plan for the maintenance and repair of basic facilities and large equipment in the region to cooperate fully responsible for the administration;4 , Responsible for the management of specially routine inspection , repair and maintenance of public facilities and equipment within the region .5, Responsible for following all the maintenance contracts with outside companies and to ensure that the manufacturer’s recommendations are applied properly.
Second, power supply1, Responsible for ensuring the operation of specially water supply systems , electricity, telephone and network within the region , and fix the problems once receive a request for the reform of the customers or find problems ;2 , Responsible for dealing with accidents in emergencies, such as water supply and stop the flow of water and power outages etc. . Third, all the preparatory work
1 , be familiar with engineering design plans for water , electricity, construction etc;2 , providing Suggestions and Advocate for the other projects and related facilities when involving real estate management in the late stage of the real estate project .
Fourth, assistance work
1, to help other departments to meet the needs of different institutions and customers within the region to a maximum; 2, responsible for termination of other matters assigned by the leaders.3 monitor the implementation of the detailed work and work -related correspondence that has been coordinating them with construction management.

Personal Requirements: Education: At least Bachelor degree BSC (Civil Engineer) Work experience: At least 5 years work experience as supervisor. Language: Good English verbal and written communication skills. Age: around 31 -35 Gender: Male
