Reports to: Financial ManagerDirect subordinate: Accountants Responsible for the company financial budget management. Responsible for financial analysis and various operation figure. Responsible for organization and employee’s development. Responsible for financial regulation setting and strict implementation. Coordinate auditing matters with auditor. Check any payment for expense, project and link various payment with yearly and monthly budget. AR management. Be responsible for monthly AR aging report, any deviation, and timely communicate with related department to solve. Implementation of the local accounting policy to ensure any accounting treatments are under accounting policy.

Job Requirements: Basic professional knowledge of investment analysis. Basic professional knowledge of portfolio investment. Related professional knowledge of statistics. Professional knowledge of financial accounting. Professional knowledge of taxation law. Related professional knowledge of budget and accounting management. Strong analytical skills and have acute sense of various data. Related knowledge of auditing. Meticulous and honest spirit is must. Work experience in Real Estate Co., or Construction Co., is preferential.Personal Requirements: Education: At least Bachelor degree. Work experience:At least 5 years work experience as supervisor Language: Good English verbal and written communication skills. Age: around 30 -35 Gender: Male
