Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing leadership, guiding, supervising, and coordinating between all housekeeping contractors overall the plant.
Acting as a communication liaison between the housekeeping contractors and ACC HSE Team.
Ensuring all housekeeping employees are performing accordingly and conducting inspections to ensure quality standard are being upheld while reporting results to ACC HSE Team.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being following at all times within the housekeeping department and ensuring safe work practices are presented to and followed by staff at all times.
Permanently supervise each cleaning contractor making sure that the staff assigned for cleaning is effectively working.
Give direct orders to any cleaning subcontractor to solve on the spot non acceptable situations related to housekeeping.
Making sure that his orders have been followed strictly.
Report at any moment the name of the workers
