Job Title:Finish Good Store Officer
Location:El Ain Alsokhna, Suez, Egypt
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Gender: Male Only.
• 3 to 5 Years of experience.
• Excellent English Skills.
• Excellent computer skills (word, excel, and out-look).
• Team Player, Self-motivated, Working under pressure, hard worker and proactive.
• Solving the basic math problems.
Job Description:
1. Organize the layout of the warehouse and efficiently improve warehouse capacity.
2. Lead warehouse team to carry out department plan to meet sales or company targets, Responsible for stock accuracy, managing the cycle counting, and stocktaking.
3. Lead warehouse team to run a smooth warehouse operation in the areas of receiving, storage, and dispatch.
4. Be responsible of all the transactions, supervision and performance of the shift.
5. Co-ordinate with written instructions activities surrounding loading of all sales orders.
6. Track daily operating conditions i.e. damaged goods/trade returns, daily production, external warehouse loads, segregation and re-packing organization in coordination with production supervisors. Work on reducing finished good damages
7. Ensure consistently that all warehouse activities are conducted under the fullest adherence to the quality management systems & procedure of the organization.
8. Ensure correct gate passes issued vs. loaded volume for all outgoing vehicles by random checks. Ensure that sales returns are handled as per the set procedure.
9. Follows company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies, safety and personal hygiene.
