As a Service Coordinator & Commercial Support Engineer in the Turbocharging business unit you need to drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service
job execution under consideration of resources (service engineers, spare parts, tools).
Tasks:
Your Primary tasks would be as below:
- Service Coordination
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service engineers, spare parts, tools, single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. Schedules the job, responsible for the content of quotes.)
Supports and manages 24 hours service availability / emergency duty.
Coordinates and plans all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the BU policies)
Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.
Handling of Business Unit internal service job assignments.
Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.
Ensure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions).
Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing.
Manage the service execution process by using DSA for job planning and data recording including finalization.
Ensure data quality during service execution.
Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction.
Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues).
Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues including warranty cases.
Coordinates / communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status.
Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions.
Follow up on maintenance scheduler information.
Responsible for continuous process improvement.
Depending on the size of the service station and local processes and expertise, the ordering process for a specific service/spares order may be included in this job profile.
- Commercial Support
Provides all administration support for customer enquires (either direct from customer or through End User Sales or service coordinator), including quotation, order processing, invoicing, account receivables, etc. according to Business Unit policy
Handling of administative issues of BU internal service job assignments.
Register all quotations, orders, as well as invoicing in the ERP system.
Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements.
Ensure the follow up of administration and logistics (order monitoring).
Monitoring of transportation to customer
Entering / maintaining master data in local ERP (commercial information, GSP, discounts, etc.)
Ensure the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
Cooperate closely with End User Sales, Service Coordinator and Technical Advisor
Coordinates / communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status.
Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)
Responsible for continuous process improvements

Requirements:
Your Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Power / Production Engineering - Mechatronics major with 0 - 3 years of experience would be an ideal fit.
Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
French language is a plus.
