Title: Real Estate Construction EngineerDepartment: Real Estate Development DepartmentReports to: Manager of Real Estate Development DepartmentDirect subordinate: none
Job ResponsibilitiesI, implementing the group project managing strategies1. Comprehending and commanding the local requirements in Egypt of the positioning, investment scale and construction scheduling of real estate projects constructed by foreign-funded enterprises; Getting familiar with the whole idea of the group company about the real estate’s projects.2. being responsible for the construction work of the infrastructure, greening project, the plant, social amenity, etc.3. Organizing and participating in the procedure settlement and construction preparation prior the start-up of the engineering project; taking part in the Preliminary scheme argumentation, Monomer preliminary design, shop drawing design countersignature and shop drawing joint checkup; organizing the work such as the engineering construction report, construction license handling, etc.4. Organizing the work such as market research of the project material, investigation of the Contractor performance, brand deciding, etc.5. Organizing and participating in preparing the department flow sheets and various forms; sending them up to a higher level for approval timely; predicting the upcoming problems and reporting to a higher level.6. Cooperating with the superior leader in systemizing experience and knowledge accumulated, using a series of forms with standard program, system and format, starting from ground investigation, development planning, design management, construction management, tendering and bidding management, contract management, information management, quality control, progress control, investment control, etc.ii. Design management1. Being responsible for preparing construction plan TOR (Terms of Reference), checking BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and reporting to the higher level.2. Being responsible for organizing the shop drawing joint checkup within Strategic Development Department, Investment Planning Department and Service Company; being responsible for the quality and completeness of the shop drawing.1. Being responsible for coordinating and reporting for instructions concerning the design alternation during the shop drawing transformation process.2. Supervising the construction in strict accordance with the shop drawing design.
